Andrew P. PugnoAttorney at Law
Since establishing his own firm, Andrew has successfully represented hundreds of clients in a variety of estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation matters. In addition to Estates and Trusts, Mr. Pugno continues to provide legal services to both public agency and private clients in the areas of Municipal and Public Agency Law. For example, Andrew has served as Special Legal Counsel to the City of Woodland since 2001. Mr. Pugno also continues to apply his past experience as a former chief-of-staff and policy consultant in the California State Senate by practicing in the areas of Political & Election Law at the local, state and national levels. Before starting his own firm, Andrew was an associate attorney with the firms of Kronick Moskovitz Tiedemann & Girard, and Meyers Nave Riback Silver & Wilson. There, he counseled a variety of local government agencies in a broad range of public law matters, and served as an assistant city attorney for several Sacramento-area cities. He also litigated issues on behalf of both private and public agency clients in the California Supreme Court and both the U.S. District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. He is a frequent speaker at various law symposiums and continuing legal education seminars. From 2003-2005 he served as a member of the State Bar Committee on Appellate Courts.
